How we're built
Operators, not account managers.
- The person on your intake call is the person who runs your engagement. No handoff to a junior team.
- Everyone here has recovered accounts, hunted impersonators, or sat with a family after a doxxing. We hire for that, not for sales.
- Background-checked, under confidentiality agreements, and covered by our errors and omissions policy.
- Small on purpose. We take on the number of clients we can know by name, and we say no when we're full.
